1. Log into your MyDreamIT Portal
Enter your login information to access your MyDreamIT Portal
2. Click on the 'Services' tab and then select 'My Services'
3. Select 'Place a New Order' on the left-hand side.
4. Select the category for the service you wish to order on the left-hand side.
5. Click 'Order now' on the service you wish to purchase.
6. You will be required to fill out the order form. (Order forms may vary depending on the service ordered. If you have any queries regarding the entries for an order form, please reach out to our team via Live Chat)
7. Once the order form(s) has been completed, click the blue 'Continue' button.
8. You will then be prompted to select a billing address and payment method. Once completed, click the blue 'Checkout' button
9. Complete the checkout.
What happens next?
Once our team has received the order, it will be processed shortly. You will then be notified that your service is active or our team will reach out to you via a support ticket if more information is required.
