Follow these steps to delete a user account in cPanel WHM:
1. Log in to your WHM account.

2. Type "Terminate Accounts" in the search function on the left-hand side panel, then click Terminate Accounts under Account Functions.
3. Click the Remove button associated with the account you wish to delete.
Alternatively, you can bulk-select accounts and then click the Remove selected accounts button.
4. Both methods will require you to confirm the deletion of the account. Click the Yes, remove this account button or the Yes, remove the selected accounts button (if you are bulk deleting accounts) to continue.
Follow these steps to delete a user account in DirectAdmin:
1. Log in to your DirectAdmin Reseller account.

2. Once logged in, click Account Manager, then click List Users from the dropdown list.
3. Look for the account you want to delete, then click on the checkbox for that account.
4. Options for this particular account will open. Click the Delete button.
5. Confirm the deletion of the account by clicking the Delete button.
